HBMS has appointed Sheldon McLeod to be the external facilitator for the Community Advisory Committee (CAC). He will be responsible for coordinating CAC activities, conducting meetings, assisting committee members with tasks such as planning meeting agendas and making sure the terms of reference are followed (see section below).

The facilitator is accountable to the committee for his performance in meeting these responsibilities.

Sheldon McLeod

Sheldon McLeod (SLMcLeod Consulting) has experience in facilitating similar community advisory bodies and is familiar with the HHRA process. For more than ten years, he has consulted in areas of managing relationships, sustainable development and environmental policy, and has provided EMS and mediation and decision-making training and presentations.
