Members of the public are invited to an Open House at the Flin Flon City Council Chambers Thursday, June 17, 2010. Hours are 2:00-8:30 pm. The purpose of the Open House is to provide information on the results of the Flin Flon Soils Study, Human Health Risk Assessment and Exposure Study. Presentations on the results by a number of study participants are scheduled to begin at 2:30 pm and 6:30 pm.
Informality is the key – feel free to drop by and discuss study results directly with those involved, including representatives from both provincial governments, the consultants carrying out the risk assessment and members of our own local Community Advisory Committee.
